  • How do I track my order?
    After your order has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please remember that processing time takes approximately 2-5 business days and shipping can be anywhere from 3-7 business days after the order has been successfully processed.
  • How can I contact your couriers?
    You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. The tracking information will include all pertinent information about the courier. For any specific question(s) about the courier please use the contact information provided on the tracking information.
  • What are your delivery options?
    We offer two delivery options: standard shipping and expedite shipping. Standard Shipping delivers within 5-7 business days. Expedite shipping delivers within 3-5 business days. An extra fee of $12.99 will be charged for expedite shipping.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes! We do offer international delivery through DHL. International shipping is offered at a flat rate of $35.00
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are FINAL and there is a no refund policy. Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 7 days of order to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original condition (resell-able condition). Product cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, and/or altered in any way. All original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer. Please send your exchanged item(s) along with your first & last name, phone number, email address and exchange request.
